The Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health of Southwest Florida serves children, youth and families with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs in Lee, Charlotte and Collier Counties. The Federation is made up of families serving families. We want to enhance the lives of children, youth and families by improving the quality of mental health and wellness through advocacy, education and support. Our goal is to help empower families to have meaningful parent involvement so they can make informed decisions regarding the treatment and education of their children at all levels of decision making. Families should not be alone in caring for their children who suffer from emotional, mental health and challenging behaviors (including autism and ADHD).
